Then check rudder indicator.Turning rate of steering is not exceed 28 seconds is acceptable as requirement.Which cautions do you need to take into account when you are carrying out trial main engine at port?First: I need to check propeller clear.Second: I need gangway up and clear from any objects.Third: There is no cargo operation and mooring line is tight condition, man standby at gangway.
